Our responsibility

WHAT SUSTAINABILITY MEANS TO US

Sustainability is part of the quality promise we make our clients on a daily basis.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and therefore strive to promote sustainability throughout all our company processes on a daily basis. By pursuing our motto "A better tomorrow", we aim to continuously improve our business processes in order to have a positive impact on our employees, the society and the environment. This approach is rooted in our corporate principles.

We are convinced that acting in a responsible manner will positively influence global challenges, such as climate change and the exploitation of ecosystems. This approach is also important for the preservation of future business success.

Sustainable products

As a company we strive for greater sustainability across our business and aim to offer an ever more sustainable assortment, ensuring high quality standards and promoting healthy eating and conscious consumption. To achieve this we source in a more responsible manner and use recognised certifications that guarantee the environmental and social sustainability of our products.

Giving attention to our colleagues

Our staff members are the key to our success; this is why we continuously strive to nourish their professional and personal growth by providing a positive and stimulating work environment. This endeavour has been awarded the prestigious Top Employer certification in 2019.

Relationships with Business partners

We work together with our suppliers to offer increasingly sustainable products, guaranteeing excellent quality standards whilst improving production standards as well as working conditions and at the same time reducing the negative impacts of the entire supply chain.
